Vinylefx™ Decorative Series Carbon Fiber vinyl film is a Metallized PVC with continual repeated patterns of three dimensional concave or convex lenses. This product is manufactured on the Fresnel lens principal, with the effect of metallic shapes that resists most marring, scratching and staining agents. Offers indefinite indoor life with proper care and handling. The exterior life is 6 to 12 months. The use of a UV protective clear coat or PSA overlaminating film typically extends outdoor durability. NOT warranted for exterior applications. Adhesive: Permanent Emulsion-based Acrylic Min. Application Temperature: +60 degrees Surface Finish: Gloss 90+% Liner: #88 Layflat Thickness: 2.8 Mil 15" is punched, 24" is un-punched.

Film Thickness: 3 mil Durability: 6 to 12 months when properly processed and applied (vertical exposure, unprinted film) Applications: Flat surfaces Printability: Thermal Print receptive, Screen-printable, solvent based Inkjet printable and Hot Foil Stamp Adhesive: 1.0 mil clear acrylic permanent adhesive Liner: 78# Kraft (white) Application Range: +60F - 90F or (16C - 32C) *Cutting: Optimal cutting pressures depend on plotter type and blade sharpness. Typical pressure is between 135 and 165 grams. Using a 60 degree blade will reduce blade drag when cutting fine detail.
