                                                      TERMS AND POLICIES
                                                       Effective August ‘07

PAYMENT TERMS:
· S + B accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.
· A Credit Card is required for any UPS Air shipments.
· Net 30 billing is available for qualified customers. Outstanding invoices 45 days
   or older will be charged 1.5% interest monthly.
· Open Accounts with Past Due balances will be posted as “Inactive” until
   payment has been received.
· Repeatedly delinquent Open Accounts will be posted as COD only.
· $30.00 handling fee will be applied to all NSF Checks.

SHIPPING / FREIGHT
· Orders are shipped via UPS (or SpeeDee Delivery, if within delivery area).
· If Signs + Banners is unable to fill an entire order, partial shipment will be made
   (unless a complete shipment is requested.)
· If your package should arrive damaged, save all packing and cartons for the
   carrier to inspect. Damages or shortages from an open carton must be reported
   at once to the carrier.
· Signs + Banners must be notified of any short shipments within 24 hours of
   receipt.
· Freight is FOB Rogers, MN
· Please allow 24hrs for processing/shipping all orders.
· For expedited shipment (Next Day, 2 Day) please call for product availability   and shipping times.
· Additional charges may apply to manufacturer direct shipments.
· At this time we ship to USA

Minnesota Customers only:
· Customer Will Calls are invited with a minimum notice of one hour provided.
· SpeeDee Delivery Orders with a $20.00 or less delivery cost are delivered for a $3.50 handling fee up to twice per week.
· Orders for in-stock products received before 3:00 pm will be shipped the same day.
· Sheet good products are available for will call customers only.

RETURNS:
· All returns must have prior authorization from a S+B sales representative and
   must be made within 10 days of customer receipt. Returns must include a copy
   of the original receipt with reason for return stated on receipt.
   To inquire about a product return via email, please send your message to
   sales@signsplusbanners.com.
· Any product(s) returned without prior authorization will be refused.
· Returns, not the fault of S+B, will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
· Gassed or oiled equipment and opened software are non-returnable.

PRICE CHANGES:
· Prices are subject to change without notice.
· S+B reserves the right to correct pricing errors on any / all print / electronic
   media.
