The newly designed platform is packed with features like automatic bi-directional alignments, a user-friendly touch panel, added LED lighting, and an upgraded media feed flange that allows operators to easily and quickly load media and exchange multiple rolls. Mutoh’s Eco-Ultra Ink features unbeatable scratch resistance under the most aggressive conditions, which is critical to the production of banners and other graphics. The XPJ1641SR incorporates Mutoh’s patented Intelligent Interweaving Printing Technology (i2), laying down ink in a wave formation, which allows for increased print speeds and virtually eliminates banding. Its increased accuracy and consistency of dot size and dot release during printing improves the image.
